About tax credits.
The date that your Camry arrives at your dealers location and is available for you to pick it up IS the the date that you can claim on your tax return.

The dealers here in Eugene, Oregon have THCs on the lot. They do not add anything to the vehicle. The sticker is the sticker. Current prices are about $1k over dealer invoice. I am getting a fully loaded (every factory option) THC for $28,600.
