Service manual says clean with "solvent" and dry with air gun. It's a lot of parts and bolts. Service Manual doesn't tell you which bolt is which but it's obvious if you study the parts closely.

These are the two magnet assemblies inside the pan. Of course, mine were caked on with swarf.

after valve body is removed, you can see up into the transmission including the CVT belt.
