2007 Altima Hybrid fuse box for battery charging. Removed the two relays white and yellow to avoid the horn alarm. with charger applied I replaced the relays and no sound, charging as normal. Engine runs well now.

During acceleration a few times today I saw this. Never saw anything like this before when driving. Still intermittently low BSOC in the morning when I start, but usually comes up pretty quick without having to do a jump.
