Re: I Finally Joined Y'All!
I am also new to this forum joining 3 and a half months after i bought my 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I actually had been looking at hybrids for almost 2 years and test drove the camry in January of this year. I took delivery of mine in August.......and have loved every minute of owning it since then!! I had done alot of research and the Camry was the best one out there.......in my opinion. Having owned a 4 runner for almost 5 years i new Toyota quality was the best in the market. I look forward to being a member of the forum and hope to offer my opinion as well.

Re: I Finally Joined Y'All!
I hear about the quality of Toyota a lot - and I'm happy to read that people here are very happy with the Toyota hybrids.
Ford has taken a bad rap over the years. However, I have owned two Fords - one of which was used (!) - and the two lasted me over 15 years. So I've been pretty happy with my Fords and am so far very pleased with my FEH.
I did consider the Highlander Hybrid, but the price and the fact that Toyota made it heavier in '08 (reducing the mileage some) discouraged me (honestly, it was the price more than the mileage - with similar features to my FEH, I would have paid about $10K more for the Highlander Hybrid).
I'm glad to see manufacturers - Ford included - coming out with more and more hybrid vehicles. This gives the consumer a choice and with that choice, I think more and more people will just start buying Hybrids automatically. There may be a day when we won't be the odd ones.
