$23,600 for mine with Nav in Baltimore. I got lucky and found one on a lot and bought it sight unseen with my credit card.

 

06 Hybrid with tint (back window, read side windows), tire tax and AC tax, full 7year/160km warranty, plus GST (6%) = $31000 CDN even (that was through T&T Honda of Calgary).

 

My parents got my brothers car brand new for 17k (plus tax). It was when they had just come out and I guess the demand was low?

 

Yeah, when they first came out the HCHI they were that price since they weren't selling that well and the price of gas was .99

 

I haven't actually bought one yet, but Westgate Honda in London, Ontario offered me 4% above invoice (a standard deal on all models offered to hospital employees). They didn't tell me what that was in actual dollars, and I don't have the figures for the Canadian invoice price, but it should be about $1000 (CDN) off the MSRP. I get the impression that they'll go slightly lower since the end of the model year is coming up soon, but haven't fully tested this (I'm still trying to make up my mind vs. a Civic LX, and don't want to negotiate if I'm not serious). They seem to be selling very well at this dealership -- at least 3 hybrids have been sold in the last month, and the dealership just bought a full-time demo hybrid.

 

I'm in Ottawa, Canada. I bought mine for $1100 below MSRP. I had no trade in so the purchase was straight foward. My wife and I sold our old car on autotrader and we save $2000 instead of trading it through the dealer. It is also important to remember that the Canadian government tax rebate is calculated based on how much tax you paid for the vehicle (cost-trade in) up to a maximum of $2000 in Ontario.

Some dealers in Ottawa refused to go below MSRP. I only wish that the Canadian HCH model had a trunk release button on the key fob....

 

24,995 for a 06 with Nav system in White. Purchased in Southern Cal where the wait can be 2-3 months at some dealers. Someone changed their mind about the color so I picked it up without being very picky. My wait was 1 Day

 

If I had a $30k card lying around with a 0% interest until January 2008 I'd of done the same. I put $15k down and financed $14k through my credit union at %5.4 or something like that... but I aim to pay it off on the 12 month mark instead of 60. That's what I've always one that's what I'll always do (if I can). But a 0% credit card would have been perfect.

I paid $23,000 for mine in Tempe Arizona. No navigation. No wait.

 

I paided 22,200 with splash guards and floor mats. No Navi. Had to go from Park City, Mt. to Sheridan, Wy to get this car. Billings Mt. dealer would have been 700 more and a 3 week plus wait.
Love the car.
