None I'm aware of! Just one of those things folks do because others have done it. Like blurring our license plates on photos. I can't think of a logical reason to do this. It's not like a social security number or anything!

 

If I were to put these on the glass instead of on the bumpers, think anyone would care ? I don't like how they look. No big dea, I'll do it though... thoughts ?

 

It's not in the "official" location... I suppose you could try, but you might get a ticket. I would thing the worst it could be would be a "fix it" ticket, though.

I didn't like the idea of sticking those ugly things on there, either. But saving 30 minutes per day in travel time changed me. I now proudly wear the badges!

"DMV spokesman Mike Marando said that as of Dec. 19, 3,275 applications have been approved and the department is looking at an additional 3,767 applications."

Yes. You should be receiving a letter from DMV that stickers will be sent after 1/1/07.

 

11/10/06 - Application mailed.

1/3/07 - Stickers, from the new batch of 10,000, arrived!! Yay.
