Please let us know the number on your stickers.

You'll love them. Big and ugly they may be, but in the HOV lane you will be!!!!!

 

I submitted my paperwork last week after buying my 06 HCH on 11/18. I wrote a note where the license number should have been entered, because I haven't received my plate yet, of course.

Not sure if I want to go in the HOV lane though. I've been driving at or below the speed limit. HOV drivers tend to go faster.

 

Arrived today. Looks as though people are receiving their stickers about 3-4 days after the check is cashed. My check was cashed on Monday and the stickers arrived on Friday. I am number 386nn.

 

First commute in the carpool and when I get on the 605 freeway here in Southern California a few minutes up the freeway and a speed demon comes flying up on me. She rides my rear for 10 minutes then screeches up beside me and gives me for the finger.

The best part of it. She was driving by herself in the carpool.

Do people hate us for driving hybrids or what?

..and you don't have plates on your car yet so, you're driving a BRAND new car SOLO in the HOV lane....what's not to hate???

January 1, 2008 I'll enjoy the 40 min commutes while I get them. I also love the fact that there is a carpool entrance onto the 210 freeway right by the studio where I work. Yippie!

Hopefully they'll extend it. If not, the HCH gets replaced pronto by a Civic GX.

 

Boy, I don't know how I could ever go back. Could these guys even THINK of yanking my access now that I've jumped through hoops to get my stickers?

Even curious as to whether these guys will cap the current access at 75,000 stickers.

Theories?

 

That's the law, unless they change it. The law also requires the DMV to 'reevaluate' at 50,000, but I'm not sure under what scenario they would stop giving out stickers.
