the outputs might look a bit funny because it's a 3 phase probably square wave if I had to guess to a brushless motor.
here's a quick pic of what I see for wiring at the module. the tab wire labeled fluid pump is running to pin 41 of the ecm, the light green wire called pump control is also running to the ecm pin 5. I think one tells the module what speed to run and the other is reporting the speed back to the ecm to make sure its working. my guess is a pwm signal. your scanner may have a scope built in, or if you have a meter with hz it might show you something if it's sending a signal.
I have no idea if any of the other codes are keeping it out of auto stop or if that matters.
oh and key on, I think you should have power at 2 pins on the input side? one the thick all the time wire and one key on, probably much thinner.
