No, I can do everything else except the rebalance feature.

You might want to check with the developers on the Forscan forum, I have no idea. https://forscan.org/forum/

Same problem with 2009 FEH. Does anyone know anyone in Baltimore/Washington DC area that can do this?

Thanks

I have 180V on the pack and a P0A1F_11 VT sensor 2, module voltage sense line fault. Do you think a charge will bring it back?

No one can answer that question. The only certainty is it will never start with the HV battery that low.

Where should I look for info on P0A1F_11_CM. So far have found nothing on internal battery troubleshooting. I'm going to install the charge wire and probe the cells I can access but don't see info for any more than that.

Except in rare cases, Ford does not support internal service of the battery. The only thing I can think of is fan replacement, and the TSB that corrected a cabling issue.

You can access all Ford manuals for something like $20 for 48 or 72 hours (can't remember):

Question for SKeith: I have not tried the Forscan balancing function but I want to. It doesn't require anything "external" in the way of chargers attached, am I correct about that? Just plug the laptop and run it (basically) ?

Correct. It can take some time. Make sure your laptop has sufficient charge or is plugged in.
