Feh 2005 after 6 years sitting
The measurements I mention work with safety plug out. Measuring across 129 cells will expose you to high voltage. Do not touch the VM probes.
Hello.
Thank you all for your help. The problem is solved. It was a clogged exhaust. After charging the hv battery at 346v the car was still shutting off after 30 seconds with no response from the gas pedal throwing a code for the throttle body (even though it was a new one).
I unplugged the o2 sensor and the car started right away. So I used 3 buckets of water and soap and bleach, poured in the catalytic converter through the o2 sensor hole then let the car idle. Then replaced the o2 sensor and the problem was fixed.
Now the car goes to ev mode couple times and stop, I changed the ac compressor valve, the orifice tubes (front and rear) and charged the Freon, the hoses are cold but it’s not blowing cold inside the car. Code p2612-60.
Conclusion, like one said, don’t be a part puller.
Thank you so much. I am really grateful to all of you.
