It might be fixed now. Let battery charge a bit more and did one more pcm reset. Engine is running and not shutting off, but is running a little rough. No codes, and beyond it running rough, all seems good. Thank you for the help, will let you know if it goes back to acting up, you're a lifesaver.

 

When you do a PCM reset, it can take awhile to figure everything out and run smooth.

 

Took a drive around the block, got some codes for random misfires, but I imagine that's just pcm related. Cleaned all the spark plugs and cleared codes. Otherwise, the car is back to the way it was. Thank you again for your help.

 

Glad to hear it. Coils can also contribute to misfire. If you haven't replaced the plugs, or they aren't the long life iridium plugs, I'd replace them.
