Aw, you're being too pessimistic...
I can't answer your question other than to point out that there is a section on that subject in your owner's manual.
I suppose if nothing else, the car could be winched onto a roll-back even with the car in park. I'd read the owner's manual (something I need to spend some time on myself).

If it has a dead battery, just jump it to get it out of park. Otherwise (a major system failure --- Hopefully still under warrantee), just lift the front wheels onto towing dollies and you can then move it onto a flat bed tow truck. You should never 'pull' your Prius any appreciable distance on its wheels even if you can get it out of park.
