According to Mark at Midwest Superstore (1-800-530-5789) the TCH warranty prices have recently gone down. Today I purchased the 84/75/0 factory warranty for $619 (I think the last post I saw was $645 in March).

The price for the 72/75/0 is $514. I didn't ask the price on the 100k warranties but presumably they've gone down as well.

 

For what it's worth, I checked with Troy at Toyota of Greenfield and he said:

"No, the prices haven't changed....higher or lower."

 

Yes, I got this price for BB8 7/75 Platinum plan ($619) just last week from Midwest Superstore for Camry hybrid. I got the paperwork in the mail today. I highly recommend them.

 

Purchased prepaid maintenence from Troy @ Toyota of Greenfield. 4 years/55k for $875. Great communications and very professional.

Try Dan Porter Toyota for a 7 year/100,00 mile Genuine Toyota Platinum 0 deductble warranty. This is the longest warranty Geniune Toyota Plan offered. Price $880. Seriously, I have the paperwork already. Retail from Toyota's website is $1850. I believe with the exception of last year...this is bottom price. I checked 7 dealers across the US and visited extended warranties for Camry Hybrids on this and other sites. Thanks to all who helped give advice. Paying my dues back. Thanks folks. I went through my Cretid Union Hughes Federal Credit Union and purchased a bumper-to-bumper "yes it is a true bumper-to-bumper" for $990.00 for 84 months 100K w/ zero deductble. The only catch is you have to have all warranty approved prior to the dealership completing the work. They will mail the check directly to the dealership and nothing out of your pocket.

 

I read through most of these posts but couldn't find the answer to my question.
How soon after you find your vehicle do you have to purchase the warranty? I am going to go take a test drive tomorrow or Saturday and don't want to pay more than I have to if I like the TCH.

 

3 years. So long as the car is under the manufacturers warranty you can purchase the extended service policy. Note: The price is the same regardless of when you purchase it. So you are paying the same $$ for less coverage for things like rental car reimbursal which kicks in from day one.
