I have a 2014.5 Camry hybrid and P3027 came back after replacing 34 individual batteries, cooling fan and the drive motor battery voltage sensor. All battery were tested and voltage range from 7.76 to 7.81. Cleaned all copper jumpers and connections with Brassco and wipe down with alcohol afterward. Car ran nice for a couple of days after 30 miles, triangle waring light is back with check hybrid system.
Do you have any other through what may be wrong.

Since you haven't indicated any additional codes, I can only speculate that you sourced one or more bad modules.
