Mudguards Yay or Nay

Re: Mudguards Yay or Nay
As promised - attached are pics of the color keyed mud guards in Blue Ribbon Metallic purchased from TRD Parts 4 U.com (Toyota of Dallas) http://www.trdparts4u.com/MC-CDCE-DA.aspx - note great experience with this vendor - I'd recommend.
As my local NJ dealer had already drilled the holes to put on the unpainted Black mud guards (which I had him remove) I was able to install myself easily. If not drilled the Rear Tire would need to be removed or an angled drill set would be needed.

Re: Mudguards Yay or Nay
I just received the color-keyed mudguards and wanted to confirm something. My mudguards are only painted on the outside but not on surface facing the tire. I would guess that was done on purpose to avoid any paint loss from any debris coming up from the tire. Also, these were made in Canada. Thanks for the input.

Re: Mudguards Yay or Nay
The mudguards I received from trdparts4u.com are body-colored on all surfaces except for the area facing the tires (black).
It looks like this scheme was to match the the black wheel-well area.

Got `em
Like `em
Purchased from trdparts4u already painted in a perfectly matching Blue-Ribbon-Blue.
Install was a piece of cake.
They held up to a harsh Minneapolis winter with a lot of Snow, Snow Banks, slush, salt and debris and still look great..
