I agree on iTunes lack of support for CD Text on Audio (not MP3) CDs. I have been on a Mac for about a year and a half, and any CD's that I have burned with iTunes don't show track/title info, but CDs that I burned with my old PC do have that info.
Also, AAC files aren't supported at all by the Camry's CD player.

With the release of iTunes 7 today, it looks like iTunes finally supports CD Text. Under Preferences -> Advanced -> Burning there's a new check box: "Include CD Text".
