Default Seatback Uncomfortable.

I tend to drive leaning on the center armrest. I've noticed over time that the side bolster on the back of the seat digs into my back. Has anyone else noticed this and have a remedy for it?

Seriously. As someone in an office job sitting 7-8 hours per day, and having suffered both lower and upper back pinched nerves, I would strongly advice any driver to try and sit up when driving. It may not bother you today. It may not bother you tomorrow. But 10 years from now you may be paying the consequences...

It helps that the Civic has Tilt & Telescopic steering to be sure!!
