Essentially the maintenance intervals on the HCHII in a normal environment is:
oil - 10K miles
oil filter 20K miles - however many change the oil filter every 10K with the oil. If the oil filter is changed at 20K, it should be removed, drained and replaced at the 10K interval.
Air and cabin filter - 30K
CVT fluid change - 30K
Rotate tires - 10K
Spark plugs and valve adjustment - 100K
White Lithium Grease is what is used to lubricate the door hinges when necessary.
Other recommended items:
Check condition of wiper blades
with tires off, check front brake pad thickness
Wipe off all door seals with silicon spray. Spray it on a rag, and then wipe off the built-up dirt on the seals.
All of these things are DIY.

thx thats a very helpful checklist. I may leave CVT fluid and spark plug change to my dealer but the rest of that stuff I should be able to take care of.

You're probably thinking of the "Drain, fill, drive around the block, drain, fill, drive around the block, drain, fill" process that is described in the owner's manual. Both dealerships I go to (Immke Honda, Dublin OH, where I bought the car, and Marysville Honda, Marysville OH, which offers better pricing on my major maintenance visits) have said that process is only needed if your CVT is really acting up. Otherwise, they say a simple drain+fill is sufficient.

Thanks for the info... you mentioned valve adjustment at 100K as a DIY project? I know how to replace the spark plugs - no problem. How difficult is it to adjust the valves?
What tools are needed for this job?

The Valve adjustment just needs the usual adjustment tools like a feeler gauge etc, but since it is only really needed at 100K, perhaps that is the time to take it in to a dealer or mechanic for a second opinion on how the car is holding up, and what else might need attention.
Everything else are very easy DIYs.

The CVT fluid change should be done every 30K miles. If you are still on your original fluid, you should change it at your first opportunity. You will notice a nice difference in the way the transmission works after the fluid change.
I bought the Honda transmission fluid, and it was $6.90/qt. You will need 3 quarts. Be sure to get a new crush washer for the drain plug too!

The service intervals are going to vary depending on your driving conditions. You should follow the Maintenance Minder's recommendation for services. If you have not been following the Maintenance Minder, then you should make sure that all services are up-to-date according to Orient Express's checklist.
