Has anything broken on your HCH II?
(Psssst, Anahymbrid, keep the post on-topic <grin>) I'm actually more interested in looking for the door that has now been removed but I'll keep searching.
As for the update instructions -- I plead the 5th. I mentioned something about that to a friend of mine who owns an '01 MDX and he wanted to drive my car to see what it was like. When he returned it wasn't until several hours later when I left his place - and I noticed the startup screen was modified. I didn't do it since it voids the warranty as noted in the DVD manual but if you email me then I can get the steps from my friend and let you know what he did.

oops. Sorry! Just saw that someone had successfully changed the display and couldn't contain myself!
As for the door, I noticed that mine was flimsy, but I have yet to remove the DVD, so I haven't broken it yet!

No biggie (re: on-topic). As for the door though be sure to flip the DVD door shut after you put the DVD in otherwise the Nav screen will try to close on it and gears will grind incorrectly. I only removed the DVD because the original setup was not meshing with my location, etc. but removing the DVD then inserting it fixed that problem.
I'd try looking for a stereo repair shop, and ask them if they can match this part (DVD door) to an Alpine part, since this IS an Alpine unit. Maybe even contact Alpine themselves.
I know Marantz and Pioneer used to be good at letting anyone order replacement parts from them.

I had to take mine in for repair because the driver side window was not rolling up properly. Honda had to replace the rubber seal that guides the window. Had my car back the same day.

Two dumb things I'm taking my car in for on tuesday. One is my passenger side sun visor is trying to push itself apart. The spring mechanism that keeps it in the up position is pushing the two plastic pieces apart, and they have this issue so often the dealership stocks sun visors for 06 Civics, but of course they didn't have the one for the Hybrid.
The other problem is my glove box is squeeking incessantly. It's developed a plastic against plastic squeek that's been driving me crazy. They're going to look at this, hopefully they won't have to order parts and I have to bring it back again.

I noticed a couple weeks ago that when shutting the driver's door window with the "auto-up" button, the window would get almost all the way to the top and the suddenly reverse and go back down. But yesterday I noticed that the rubber track was pinched which was causing the window to jump out of the track. I was able to bend the rubber enough to get the window back in place. I am hoping that some silicon lube will keep in there.

I have read from others that Honda is aware of the problem and has a fix for it too -- so you could go to the dealer if you don't want to deal with it.
15,000 miles, 11 months of ownership. One rattle in driver side by seat belt fixed at 9,000 oil change; few other minor rattles now all gone.
MPG keeps improving......now at an average over the 15,000 miles of 51 mpg.... probably 50/50 freeway/city driving.
Having owned Hondas for years (Civic sedans and hatchbacks, CR-Vs, one Accord), the HCHII is the best of them all.
Just a wonderful car...................
