Thought I'd introduce myself here too. I just purchased new MMH last weekend. Managed to get it for $500 over invoice. Took a long drive to Mannassas, VA to pick it up, but it was worth it. Found one of the rare models without the nav system, but equipped with leather and sunroof. Great deal. Love driving it. Averaged 28.2 on the 250 mile drive home, all highway. Not bad for the break-in period. I look forward to catching up with the forum and learning more about this cool vehicle.

 

Wow, I have leather and moonroof without the Nav too

 

Our 08 FEH AWD also is equiped with leather and moonroof without the Nav. The AWD has never been activated to my knowledge, because we haven't had a snow greater than 2" since March 2005. That may change in a few days

 

I've had mine go on with just a bit of dust and some ice though... so it might have come on for you. It doesn't take much... just some slipping in the front wheels and it'll kick in. Unless you floor it at that instant its pretty transparent.
