HV Battery Jump
Belden by the foot
Probably way overkill.
Home Depot sells shielded cable by the foot in store.
Three (3) feet is enough to run it as directed by S Keith and up and into the jack storage compartment.

DEL_MOD_V of 1.75 is potentially discouraging, but your voltage is way too low.
Jump start the 12V the traditional way with jumper cables and the jump vehicle running. Use the HV jump starter with the jump vehicle running. Do it twice. The cycles are about 8 minutes each.
Attempt to start. If it starts, allow to run for up to 20 minutes or until SoC reads > 40%.
If your A/C isn't working perfectly, you will need to fix it.

Hi Steve - hopefully a quick question.
After being away for 2.5 weeks, my 09 Escape Hybrid won't start. Last time this happened it was winter and very cold, but I was able to start it by putting an electric heater in the car to warm up the HV battery, and it did start. Now it happened and its 95 degrees out and heating the battery did not help. Still no start.
I'm going to order the two APC-35-350's and attempt to recharge the HV battery per the many helpful postings.
But, I won't be able to do so for several weeks. In the meantime to prevent further battery drain, should I disconnect the low voltage 12v and the high voltage hybrid batteries? If so, will just turning the HV battery disconnect switch be sufficient or do I need to remove the HV battery.
Many thanks Steve.
Patrick
