Did you resolve the problem? My 2009 Escape Hybrid is doing exactly the same thing. Charged up to 350v and it still wont start, only a laud clicking sound from the HV battery relay in the back, and nothing else, red triangle dash light is on, thrown a code P0AE1-00 and P0AE1-60....! Please advise.

Did you find a solution. My escape is doing the exact same thing.
