Weird browser rendering?

Weird browser rendering?
Hi,
I notice "Shopping Guide for Hybrid Cars" no longer has a color background. Also, the line of hybrid cars and icons briefly tries to render but then they "blow out" to the right without a bottom scroll bar on my browser:
