Default "public API" for the mileage database?

I'd like to write an app for my smartphone to log tanks. I figure I'll be a better mileage-reporting citizen if I can log them at the pump rather than writing them down and remembering to log them when I'm back at my computer. Is there a public web API to interface with the database? I figure we'd need APIs for:

Priority 1:
- enumerating my cars
- logging a new tank (with variations for mileage calculation method)

Priority 2:
- querying current mileage for one of my cars
- querying mileage by model of car

Priority 3:
- adding/deleting my cars

Right now there isn't, no, but we'll be taking suggestions for the new version of the database soon. Thanks!
