Default No temp < 65 F?

Just bought a new Prius, and am enjoying it. One thing I don't like, though, is the way the heater control works. I can drop the internal temp to 65, but the next 'notch' below that is "Low temp", which appears to mean that the heater is entirely off.

Since the outside temp is in the 30s now, I'm wearing a winter coat. I would rather not have to take it off to drive, but 65 is too warm with a coat, and 'Low temp' is too cold when I'm just sitting there.

Is there no way to set a lower temp, or just tell it to try half-heartedly to warm the cabin? (Like I would do on an old-fashioned heater control with a lever.)

Really? 18°C is too warm? Even when it's in the 30s here, 20 (68°F) is just fine but yeah must be the winter coat.

Ok so if you want manual mode, just press then fan speed or the mode buttons on the CLIMATE screen. For example, set 65, then press fan speed low or 2nd notch from low.
