While seated in the Prius located in my garage my Wife went around back to get somethings out of the hatch. She fifnished her task and I hit reverse and started to back up. CRUNCH! She had not closed the hatch! I had checked the rear camera and then looked up to see my dogs trying to sneak out of the house. I never turned my head as I always do and really look back so I did not notice the hatch was up. I stopped quickly, but the spoiler was ripped partly loose. Luckily there is not metal damage, just the plastic spoiler side attach locations.

Has anyone purchased the BT Tech spoiler replacement ?

Not that I expect any of you to do what I did and need a new spoiler but FYI... The BT Tech spoiler is not a full replacements spoiler. It is an add-on piece that goes in front of existing spoiler against the glass. You can see it in the attached pic. SO it won't work for me. I'm checking into the Sigma $475 and the Kenstyle $575 spoilers. The factory unit is $303 without paint.
