I have a new 2006 Highlander Hybrid L, with out NAV, but I really want to add it in later just for the display of the power usage. Can I add it in later, and still get the readout, and maybe the rear cam view?

 

I don't know. Probably yes. What I would suggest however, is to try getting the Lexus 400h version. It's a more current Nav that has the inputs for RV cam, voice activation, bluetooth, etc. and since it's the same Hybrid platform compatibility is almost assured.
