Default White residue on tailpipe

Just noticed a white residue on the lower 1/3 of my chrome tailpipe. I am not overly concerned, and I assume it is from water that is a natural by-product of the ICE, but wonder if this represents an issue that should be looked at by the dealer.

In years past, a black residue might indicate an over-rich condition. Can't say that I have seen this white residue on any other car that I have owned. Anyone else see this white reside on their TCH?

The white in the tail pipe indicates a slightly lean burn, with no oil consuption. Exactly what you would want to see with this car/engine.
