Speaking of the purchase satisfaction survey, when did most of you get yours? I have had my car 7 weeks this Friday and still no survey. I am concerned that the dealer did something to block me getting a survey as they know I am not happy.

I personally have experience with ToyoGuard and I can assure you it works like a champ, but of course I do not agree with the expense to be MSRP $619-$699. If I had a choice to remove it without loosing the deal of getting the 2007 TCH by 9/30/06 I would, but I am ok either way and had to pay for it...

I've had my car since May 5th and just got a survey this past weekend.

Question Re: Rust Proofing a TCH

Speaking of rust proofing, I have 5-10 small chips on the hood and side of my TCH. I'm sure it's normal wear from pea gravel and misc. chips of rocks and etc... but each chip is down to the metal and is rusting. It appears as though there is no primer coat. Is there any forums concerning exterior paint issues on the TCH.

It is not particularly the paint job issue with 2007 TCH, but with the automobile industry starting to use water base paint (called environment friendly) and not the durable long lasting oil based paint once was used (really miss my 1993 Camry) everything is made so cheap, cheap in our days no quality anymore, way tooo much plastic (call it consumptive society).

It is truly the age of the throw away car, appliance and everything inbetween.
