Remote Start Failure
All who have factory installed remote start -- mine now for some mysterious reason doesn't work. I read the brochure -- made sure no doors or windows were open, vehicle was in park, etc. But after pushing the lock button twice -- blink, blink -- I push it a third time and hold it for 3 seconds and nothing happens. No more flashing lights, no spool up, etc.
Anybody else have this problem, and is there a solution other than going to the dealer?

Has it worked for you before ? There is a hood switch which can give problems . Try opening and closing the hood firmly. Make sure you try the remote start procedure in less than a minute from closing the hood .
