put deposit on blue ribbon hybrid tonight
(the rear requires taking the tire off or using an angled drill bit if you have one). A mix-up with my dealer enabled me to get the holes drilGee Whiz! never took my wheels off to install mud flappers.

So I'm clear - drilling the rear holes requires taking off the tire for the Toyota Mud Guards, once the holes are drilled the guards can be installed with or without the tire on...
Before my TCH I always had "flappers" as well which clipped on - these squared-off guards aren't too bad once on...

You do not need to remove any wheels to install Toyota factory flaps period.
