CDN_TSB2797(Rev) - Fuel in Evap System
Evaporative recovery system problems with some early Kentucky-made Camrys. [For some reason the GreenHybrid system won't accept the combined PDF version of these GIF files. So I am uploading this ZIPped version.]

CDN_TSB2790(Rev) - Instrument Panel Rattle Noise
I've posted this TSB before, but here it is in Revised form with better scanning. I personally wouldn't want my dash pulled apart in this way. There is a simpler (and painless) cure for this "clicking" dash noise in cold weather — see the thread "Rattles Resolved." [Unfortunately I couldn't upload a combined PDF file because, for some reason, the GreenHybrid site wouldn't accept it. Nor would it accept everything in one ZIP file. So I had to split it into two ZIP files. None of the combined files would have gotten anywhere near the 10 Mbyte limit stated for such uploads!]

CDN_TSB2940 - Rear HVAC Vents Blow Hot Air with AC "ON"
There have been some reports in this forum about this problem. The cure is a major job (nearly 8 hours!). Go ahead if you really want it fixed, but I believe that they have to pull apart most of the dash in order to get at the HVAC components. Will there be new rattles afterwards? [Again, I had to ZIP these GIFs into two separate files in order to get them uploaded!]

CDN_TSB2489 = TSB_AU001-06 - Audio Quick Reference Guide
Gives servicing hints for troubleshooting audio system problems. The Toyota Master CD tests only for skipping, and not for all CD problems (see CDN_TSB2397). Speaker rattle problems are addressed on page 5, where an "Anti-Noise Kit" with Canadian P/N 08231-00810 is mentioned.

CDN_TSB2397 - CD Skip Verification Using Toyota Master CD
A specially-made CD containing deliberate defects, to test whether the defect-tracking ability of a CD player meets specifications. The black surface dots in tracks 2 & 3 simulate different sizes of "dirt" specks on the surface. The "scratch" (in tracks 7 - 10) is in the aluminized data layer, and simulates obliterated data dropouts of varying lengths. The simulated "fingerprints" in tracks 13 & 15 test tracking ability in the presence of greasy residue on the readout surface. A good CD player will also play tracks 10 & 15, but these are especially severe tests, beyond the normal player specification. Philips produced a similar test CD at the very beginning of the CD era (1982) — our lab got our copy in 1983. This test disc will not test for player issues other than tracking/skipping problems.

Re: List of pertinent TSB's
I'm sorry to bring up this old post but tundrasolutions no longer has the tsbs. (I was a paid subscriber)
Could someone please post this or recommend a place where I can get this TSB?

Re: List of pertinent TSB's
Some of you mentioned how useful the posted TSB's have been to date (most of them pulled from www.tundrasolutions.com, I believe) so I thought it might be handy to have them all in one single thread... to be extended as new ones come up.
I'll start the thread with some of the ones I collected so far, feel free to add/amend.

This is a little off topic but - how do you post pdf documents? I wanted to post instrucitons on my ground effects installation and I kept getting an error message. The file is not especially large and it is a pdf.
Thanks for your help and for posting the TSB's,
Randymans

Re: List of pertinent TSB's
PLEASE get the site fixed so it will accept pdf files.
ZIP files have historically been safe havens for numerous viruses. And, the OS products that unzip them are STILL not fixed. So, zip files can STILL carry viruses, to this day. I don't want to suggest that any one posting here would intentionally upload a virus. But it is very possible that someones computer is infected, and they could upload the virus unintentionally.
