My TCH had the flashing dashboard and not starting. I replaced the 12v battery and it now will start and Ready light comes on. But the icon never shows the motor running or charging, even though the motor does turn on. The vehicle can only crawl. When camry is crawling the battery icon starts draining. When I rev the engine on parked, the battery icon drains. I was able to charge the hv battery through the fuse box back to full. And the hv battery maintained its charge overnight. I also checked the 33030 fuse for continuity and even checked its ohms and it was fine. I check other fuses in the fuse box and they were fine.

I do have my car stuck in a Toyota dealership parking lot. Not sure if they can tell me what's exactly wrong with it or more of the same.

 

All but the C1241 are for tire pressure sensor issues.

You're likely missing many, many codes. Cheap consumer code readers miss a lot.

Do you have gas in the car?

Please elaborate on how you charged the HV battery to full via the fuse box.
