I had my first oil change done by Frank back in Feb., it was $10 less last year. I bought my TOH at Frank Toyota last July and have been very pleased the service.

When I shopped for my TCH, I was impressed by Frank Toyota's inoffensive sales tactics, so it doesn't surprise me that their service would be similarly good.
