that 11 voltages must be approx. 15v? bcoz while mensuring(plluged on ipu control that socket) I see that different voltages some 14 some 40. I changed 4 cells in ima battery unit and surely all in the correct place so what is wrong I didn't understand. 3h car was works fine but then again same thing happened not giving dtc p1575 "battery module individual problem"

All voltages should be nearly identical. Healthy parts should not vary by more than 0.05V. The range is highly variable, but they are typically 15.0-16.4.

You're either still measuring them wrong, or you 've installed some backwards. It's difficult, but not impossible. If you've done that, they are destroyed. If you get any normal operation for any length of time, you are still likely measuring them wrong.

At this point, I think you need to:
remove the battery.
remove the the junction board.
Inspect the end plate for broken traces:

Check the voltages following these paths. (-) on (-) and you should measure an increasing voltage as you measure past each circle:

Remove the end plate.
Inspect the end plate to confirm the sticks are oriented correctly according to the terminal shape (squares vs. circles with flat sides).
Directly measure the 11 subpacks to XX.XX accuracy and report them here.

Reality check: The chance that you fixed the battery by replacing 4 subpacks is pretty much 0%.

DO YOU HAVE THE 11 VOLTAGES FROM THE PACK WHEN YOU FIRST REMOVED THE BATTERY AND BEFORE YOU REPLACED ANY SUBPACKS? IF SO, REPORT THEM HERE.

hi again sorry for late answer I was busy during last week so I mensured again that ima batteries 11 vols they are;
B6-B14=16
B14-B5=13
B5-B13=14
B13-B4=12
B4-B12=12V
B11-B12=12V
B7-B1=12V
B1-B8=14
B8-B2=13
B2-B9=13
B9-B3=14

as like that. 2 day approx. 55km) I drive car all was looks good but then again ima engine and 12v battery light came on dashboard. so just petrol working that is all. even yesterday I bought used ima battery pack installed to car didn't work. gives error B1168-50 "mcm control module" so removed mcm and checking that now lets see what is wrong?

Those voltages indicate a completely trash battery. It is beyond junk. B6-B14 MIGHT be a good subpack. The others are junk.
