2008 honda civic 1.3 hybrid ima charging but 12volt isnt

2008 honda civic 1.3 hybrid ima charging but 12volt isnt
I have a 2008 honda civic hybrid. The ima battery is charging but the 12volt isnt. I borrowed a scanner from auto zone and these codes came up p1-01 then codes p1-21 p1-22 p1-23. Any help would be great. Thank you for your time.
