how to tell if Altima Hybrid has newer rev I-Keys?
So my mom recently got a leftover (new) 07 NAH. How can we tell if she got the newer keys that aren't vulnerable to be scrambled by cell phones?
I dug around on nissanhelp.com for a TSB on the 07 Altima and NAH and surprisingly couldn't find one on this subject.
(I'd imagine that the only ones that could cause scrambling are GSM phones and not CDMA ones.)

Hello,
The Nissan Dealer can run the serial number and find out. The internal number on the circuit board has a painted dot on the new ones, but I would not recommend opening it up to see, just ask the dealer.

Not a big deal to open it up and check.
1. Push the little button on the back of the keyfob and slide out the key.
2. If you see a little plus symbol or no symbol at all, you have the older style keyfob.
3. If you see a round circle with a smaller round circle inside you have the new one.
