Default availability

I have tried to find this out but can't. Which eight states are selling the Nissan Hybrid? Is this just a slow rollout because of service issues. Thanks.

(from Wikipedia - CARB)

I don't think there are "service" issues.

Nissan is limiting sales to "CARB" states as they are trying to bank ZEV credits in these states. If they sell to other states, they might not make enough credits.
