ericbecky, You are the stuff without a doubt because I have had not "One-But-Two" people from insightcentral to get back to me this evening since you left them a message.

So, I'm now registered on their forum and have been posting there this evening and I can only say to you (Thank-You) so very much for your help and consideration, it is very appreciated.

Have a great evening

Terry

Glad to hear it worked out.
I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself there, but be sure to come back here for additional hybrid car discussion.

RRRRRR

They did it to me again! Before I get to ranting let me say the Insight Central is a wonderful place to go read about the Insight. I ended up over there to research a topic and ended up asking a simple question on their forum (silly me). The issue had come up in another thread so they closed mine. While the threads were similar mine was a simple "A or "B" question that pointed out an error in the Honda paperwork and theirs was a highly detailed technical discussion with the title "Frequency of voltage into the IMA, out of MDM?".

There is no way you would find their thread unless you already knew the answer to my question. It is really not a big deal for me because when they closed my thread I had determined the answer to my question. The thing is other people are also confused because of Honda's error and my thread would help them. So.......

I'm gonna post it over here.

Way to go!

I've learned (the hard way) that if you attempt to do something unpopular on the net, eventually people leave or find alternatives - you can't force your will. Over time, the IC staff might realize they are unwittingly promoting www.greenhybrid.com.

If the IC folks want members to find old threads, they need to upgrade the forum software to vBulletin - what's used here. vBulletin is just the best forum software.

lol. If I wasn't the administrator I'd think the administrator was posting under other peoples' usernames to promote his own site. I'm not Thanks though, everyone.

Arrow Re: Question? InsightCentral

Well I bet I'll wish I didn't make this statement but here goes. The first day that I finally got registered on InsightCentral it just so happened that I was on the exact same posting that someone else got into a (Sarcastic) and what I think anyone would consider (Overboard-Comments) on what started out to be a very simple question in the very beginning of the thread by another member and as you can see by my comment someone just had to get their (Pathetic) and "In-My-Opinion-Also" unnecessary comments posted and as you probably have guessed, the posting got "moderated" almost instantly by one of InsightCentrals "Moderators". I'm only bringing this to everyones attention to just say first of all it floored me when on the first day of my posting on InsightCentrals Forums that I had a PM from one of the "Moderators" but then when I read what the moderator had said in the PM to me I felt alot better about the situation because to be honest when I had read the exact same posting that the moderator had went in and changed I had already thought to myself this is going down hill quick and then a minute or so passed and part of the posting had been (Erased) and I thought to myself, well someone else must have seen the posting and concluded exactly what I did that it was totally an unnecessary comment or comments.

BTW, this is not I hope (NOT) to be interpretive of me defending the moderators at InsightCentral but simply to say that I was I guess you would say (Kinda) at the right place at the right time to see one instance where a moderator did intervene and in that particular situation it was well founded (I-Thought).

Not to start an uprising or anything here on this site so let me just say that I think like it has been posted here by members that as always each individual case is different and therefore I hope the members here
(Don't-Get-On-The-Defensive) with my comments because thats the last thing I would want to happen.

terry

PS Truthfully I really like both sites
