Cool Rumbling noise when assisting while starting

I have 2005 civic, I recently replaced the clutch and the ima battery. With the new clutch there is loud rumbling noise when starting in first and second, it less in third and can't hear it in fourth or fifth. It related to the assist from the electrical engine because you can match it to the blue bars.
I had noticed a lower rumbling before the clutch was replaced. I believe the rumble is not because there is a problem with the clutch, but more pronounced because the clutch is working as it should. I thought that maybe the underpowered old battery may be at fault as the electric engine was not getting enough power.
Anyone experience this noise?
Stan
