Re: p1446 issue, I have changed every thing.. need help
All Chinese cells are inferior to the Panasonic/Sanyo cells. Period. Even compared to healthy ones that are 20+ years old at this point.
There is essentially no warranty if you purchase direct. If you have a problem, all troubleshooting and diagnostics are on you. If a subpack fails, the first claim is that the BCM damaged it. If they concede and offer warranty, they often require you return the failed subpack(s) - which costs notably more than buying a replacement as shipping TO China is very expensive. If they do finally provide warranty, the subpack you get will be new, and likely a bad match for the other subpacks. You will need to recondition the other subpacks to bring them back to the point they perform acceptably paired with a new one.
If you buy from a legit builder, you get a full pack.

So, they did refound me, and give me back an « old » batterie for the coore.
Long story short, the « old » coore was disasembly so they give me an other « good » « rebuild » batterie instead.
Plug it in = ima.
I got home and looking b connector voltage and 3 paires has no voltage.
Open the batterie and saw the little shim plate that it crack. Seem in SS, I was tinking to weld it back, will it work?
I will follow the self discharge of this pack during chrismis, in case by chance that this batterie is good…
thank

They have refound me, I will not go back to this shop again.
But instead of giving me a scrap batterie, they give me a supposed good one. Voltage haven’t drop in any subpack overnigh, I’ll continue to monitore it. so maybe this pack will finaly be good…
Only need to repair the 2 shims.

Fair enough.
Welding is almost certainly too aggressive and will consume the thin material. soldering may be more viable.
It's usually right here where some hamfisted jacka$$ breaks them:
