If the battery is full charged, how long should it take before the voltage get moore the .2v?
exemple, if I let the battery rest for 1 month, all the cell shoud be inside of 0.2v?

Yes. If all cells are reasonably healthy, tap voltages will be less than 0.2V after one month. A high quality battery pack will be less than 0.05V. I've seen quality packs sit for 2+ and show < 0.05V deviation in the voltage. I have 2 G2 Insight packs with sticks that all measure exactly the same - been sitting for 3 years.

I suspect your "battery shop" is nothing but a bunch of hacks that have no idea what they're doing. That "your car is causing it" claim is a common tactic for the inexperienced. They clearly don't know how bad these batteries have been since they first started failing at absurdly high rates about in 08-09. If you show them your logged data, and they know what they're doing, they will know the battery is bad. If they make any other statement about it being your car or something else, they're liars and are trying to avoid responsibility.

 

Is there any easy mod that I can make to putt other stick in it? Someone told me crz or g2insight?
I could ask the shop if this could be an option.

 

At least 8 of the 11 stick pairs are bad. The remaining 3 are just the best of the worst. As I look to the lower right of the chart you posted, I'm not at all convinced that those are good either.

Yes, G2 insight sticks can be made to fit in an HCH2 pack. The information is available online. G2 Insight packs are smaller than HCH2, so you need 1/3 of a second pack.

Time is the only thing that tests self-discharge.

Some builders test self-discharge over 90 days.

There are none. You need at least 8 pairs. The chances of you getting healthy subpacks that work well with your existing is not high.
