No OEM Fog Lamps for '04 Hybrid?

No OEM Fog Lamps for '04 Hybrid?
I've been looking around for some OEM fog lamps for an '04 HCH. It seems that the model year 2004 is something of an anomaly, in that there is no fog lamps kit for this year/model?!
From cheaphondaparts.com listing :
"Fog lights CANNOT be installed with Front Underbody Spoiler"
What does this mean? Can someone assure me the regular foglight kit for all 2004 Civics DOES in fact fit ok?
(I HATE buying stuff online, and it ends up NOT fitting
