Can someone please post detailed directions on how to remove the stock airbox? I see two bolts holding it down, a then a clamp holding in a hose coming from the crankcase. There is also a plastic funnel running along the front of the engine where the air comes in initially.

I doubt the larger exhaust does ANYTHING positive, or else Honda and others would build them that way
