Got it. Don't sweat it. I wouldn't do anything more until you can repeat the grid charge and do another discharge. Save yourself the effort. It will probably continue to do poorly until the next attempt.

Proceed as follows:
  1. When ready to park it for the grid charge, record tap voltages at least 30 minutes after driving.
  2. Grid charge for 24 hours.
  3. Record tap voltages immediately before terminating grid charge.
  4. Repeat discharge to 145V and record pack time/volts data as before.
  5. Record tap voltages at 145V
  6. Terminate discharge.

I know u said I shouldn't do anything until I can do the whole test but can I grid charge it until 3:30 in the mrn to get back the features? Or it will cause more damage?

Set the timer for 4 hours. Don't charge more than that.

The 1.4V difference is almost certainly the issue. The two highlighted subpacks are probably weak with a dead cell each. They likely need to be replaced. Discharge to 145V will tell.

sorry. Tried to post from mobile. Continue 25W discharge to 66V.

Those two subpacks are likely bad.

I'm looking at the numbers again. At 145V, subpacks really shouldn't be under 13.2 once they've been reconditioned.

Comparing the colors in the first discharge to the second show improvement from test to test (5 reds and 2 oranges to 3 reds and 1 orange), particularly when you consider that the time to 145V took an hour longer.

I think the only course here is to take the pack as low as you can. Take it to either 12V total pack voltage or until the highest tap reads 12V. I've entered 66, 27 and 12V levels in the sheet keep at it until the highest tap reads 12V.

hey Steve good morning, i have been doing the 2nd discharge @ 142v for 3hr +, i started the discharge @142v with the 25w

the voltage is only dropping 1v or less every 15mins, is that good or to slow?

i also updated the voltage/time/sec table so u can see how the voltage is dropping thus far.

i will update the table every 15mins so u can see
