Sounds like piston slap if that was idling @ 750 like my 1999 accord did when it was cold..... Too fast of a knock for a valve.
I swear piston slap will turn your car into a diesel almost overnight since the tolerances are so small before it starts doing it, listen to some V-8 dodge and chevy trucks, the new ones you cant tell if gas or diesel after 50k miles or so.
It still could turn out to be multiple valves though, and to answer your earlier question, yes you turn the crank until the valve you are measuring has no pressure on it, then see if the gauge will slip in there...

Re: Listen to my Head Valve Clicking. What do you think?
I'm hearing two sounds: I'm hearing the valves chatter a little and that seems to be typical of the Hondas I have owned. The other sound I thought at first was a piston, but towards the end, I'm not so sure; it also kind of sounds like a valvetrain tap.
I had my '08 HCH2 in recently and asked the same question about the valves, because I thought they were a little noisy. The service tech said that that is "normal" (despite the fact that Honda says to adjust the valves if they are noisy and/or at the 100k interval, or whenever that is).
Has it always made this much noise? It could have been a previous owner not keeping the oil level up; won't take long to fry a motor. Well, drive it til it drops.
