I was in Eagle, CO last week and noticed the Costco had a space on the front row reserved for electric vehicles with a mounted plug for recharging. Come on Honda, offer a plug in option.

I was just at the Ikea on the weekend and found the spots. I had to wait for a Nissan Altima 3.5SE to vacate one so I could park.
Not sure how he thought that car was a hybrid.
As to the spots robbing spaces from the handcapped spots - not one of the remaining handicapped spots was occupied, nor were any of the spots reserved for expectant/new mothers. The parking lot was otherwise full.
