Keep in mind too, that the spoiler adds weight to the trunk lid, and the trunk springs won't be able to lift the lid without assistance.

Last weekend, I paid $22,700 for an '09 Civic Hybrid w/leather and NAV, if that info helps others with negotiations. This included destination fee, but tax, registration, and docs were extra. LOVE my new HYBRID, and it's Polished Metal with beige.

I hope you enjoy your EX, its a great car and the leather will be so nice - especially for clean up. I actually had a 06 EX automatic and with tires pumped up (45psi) and the right weather (70's) was able to coax 40mpg tanks out of it. I eventually had to sell it due to financial constraints and missed it ever since. If you got the manual you'll be able to get better mileage - even though the stats wouldn't seem to indicate that.
