I just bought a 2003 Civic hybrid

I love it! Is there anything special I should know about my car? I don't know much about cars in general.

Congrats on your new purchase. If you are looking for advice, I would suggest that you read over the "library" of information on the HCH 1. It has tons of information that you would find useful. Welcome to the site!

Congrats on your hybrid! I got mine in June, and love it. It isn't much different to drive than a conventional car. Read your car's manual if you have one, and if you have any questions in particular, usually someone here can help.
