I like my 06 HCH. I've driven it 1900 miles in my first 16 days, averaging 45 mpg overall and 49 mpg on my most recent two tanks. I'm obsessed with keeping the bar over 50 mpg and can't wait to find someplace else to drive so I can get back into the car.
Today's trip from San Diego to Irvine and back, with 2 and sometimes 3 passengers: 46 mpg for the 170-mile trip.
